Whisky items in The Glenfiddich Online Shop are only available to residents of the United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to alter postage and packing rates and to make special discounted offers on these rates. We also reserve the right to contact the purchaser to make alternative arrangements when the order exceeds six bottles

Orders are usually sent through Parcel Force in the UK and a reputable international courier company for overseas within 14 days of receipt at the Distillery. If the order cannot be fulfilled within the usual 14-day period, we contact you to arrange a suitable alternative delivery time (see also Returns policy). The Glenfiddich Online Shop will, where appropriate, complete a customs declaration form declaring "The items being sent; no commercial value" and state the replacement value. Prices shown include VAT at 17.5%. Customers may be liable for additional taxes/duties in their own country.
