Refunds policy

We offer a full refund to all customers if goods are faulty or different to those ordered. If there is a problem, please return the items to the address below, stating the nature of the problem and quoting your order number and personal details.

When we receive the items, we will contact you within three working days to arrange a refund or exchange. All refunds are credited to the purchasing credit/debit card account, including postage charges incurred.

Refunds are credited to your account when we receive the items. This process normally takes no more than two weeks.

* Phone calls are answered during distillery opening times (09:00 to 17:00 UK time, Monday to Friday) and billed at the current national or international rate.
