Terms & conditions

Purchases from The Glenfiddich Online Shop are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. The Glenfiddich Online Shop is open only to private individuals over the age of 18. Glenfiddich Single Malt Scotch Whisky or Liqueur can only be delivered to UK addresses.
2. William Grant & Sons Ltd reserves the right to refuse to print personalised labels that, in our sole reasonable opinion, are either likely to bring Glenfiddich into disrepute or that are offensive or derogatory. We will contact you if we consider your message falls into these categories.
3. Payment for goods can only be made using one of the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB or Switch. Your credit/debit card details will be transmitted via the web to a secure server using encrypted email.
4. We reserve the right to vary the prices of the goods on sale at any time without prior notice. However, the total price quoted will not change after your order has been acknowledged. This price includes VAT, packaging and delivery to the address given in the order form.
5. Orders are normally fulfilled within 14 working days of receipt. Within 1 working day of receiving your order, you receive a confirmation of your order by email along with your order reference number. This number should be retained for future reference.
6. If, upon delivery of your order, the goods are damaged or incorrect, please return the items to the address in paragraph 9 below. The cost of any postage incurred will be refunded to your debit/credit card. The goods will be refunded or replaced according to your instructions. Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. If, upon delivery of your order, you change your mind and wish to return all or part of your order for any reason, you may do so within 7 working days of delivery, provided it has not been used. You are responsible for paying the return postage and packaging (using adequate packaging) and we refund your debit/credit card with an amount equivalent to the original purchase price of the returned goods (including their original postage charge) within 30 days.
8. To email you with details of special Glenfiddich Online Shop offers, if you provide your consent we store your details (name, address and other details) in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We may also use your details for market research purposes - see our Privacy Policy for more details. Your credit/debit card details are not stored for longer than 14 days after despatch of your order. Your personal details are not made available to any third parties unless required by law. 9. The supplier of the goods is William Grant & Sons Ltd, Glenfiddich Distillery, Dufftown, Banffshire, Scotland AB55 4DH. Any questions or comments about this service in general or your order in particular can be made at the above address or by telephone +44 (0) 1340 822 066, fax +44 (0) 1340 820 083. Telephone/Fax calls are answered during distillery opening times (09:00 to 17:00 UK time, Monday to Friday) and are billed at the current national or international rate.
